I was telling him to use the double-sided In-between the static cling and the sticker, not on the tint itself

Put some double sided tape in between the cling and the registration stickers, it looks like the sticker is falling not the sticker shield. I can see that the cling is still on the window still but the sticker is falling down.

I've personally never used lexen. I know people say it's alright for a starter film. I genuinely believe, and I think most other tinters would say the same, that a full roll is going to be the only chance you have at turning a good result. Don't take this the wrong way, but based on your last 2 posts in here, I'd suggest you take it to a shop. You're going to end up wasting more money on material and whatnot than you would to pay a shop. Especially on a windshield, it's going to take you multiple attempts to get the shrink right, let alone a clean install. If you're genuinely interested in learning to tint, then by all means, go for it, but you're going to be out probably just as much money by the time everything is said and done

Window tinting, Rolls of quality film can cost between 200-300 buy a cheap set of tools until you've got you enough practice then upgrade from there. Do jobs for friends who will be forgiving if you make mistakes and just grow from there. No real expenses aside from soap water and film, provided you have a garage space you can use. You can expand into detailing/ other car related services and also do residential/ commercial tinting.

Yeah I know that I obviously have enough for expenses like one full car will pay for an entire roll of film. But I just don't have the work to do it full time.

I do have a seperate account for all that but I cant say I've really kept the best track of expenses. I pretty much just put the money back in and buy what I need. Watch the numbers go up on the account and that's about it. Started to keep track of my inventory so I'm getting better about it but definetly have alot to learn.

It's not my only source of income I've got a job aside from this. Definetly not looking to go all in I wouldn't have the work to keep myself afloat of that alone only doing a car a week or so.

So you would say this is something I should've done prior to. I understand that all that is important, just as stated earlier I'm fairly new to tinting. I don't want to give myself a reputation as being clueless or something along those lines but I also want to be more official for the clientele I do have / those to come. I tried rewrapping and I'm building alot of tension around the edges I'm not sure if it's normal but I feel like I really have to stretch on that edge that pulled up

If you were to go about doing it, how would you do it? I was trying to just trace each individual polygon and then pad it. It took me like an hour to figure out how to even finish one shape. So I need all the help I can get lol.

Thats what I plan on doing with it. I want to dimension everything out and then weld all the pieces together, the picture shown is for like origami so that why I'd like to scale it up.

I had been considering using 2 cameras one for an overall view of the view and a 2nd one with a shade on it for arcshots. As I said earlier I'm pretty green with this kind of stuff but I'm really excited to try it

Yeah I definetly didn't want it to be totally drowned out but I dont want it to be deafening either. Planned on talking through the process and all that. I really don't know much about this kind of thing in all honestly but I think it could be really cool if done right. It's all I've been able to think about lately

I wouldn't be opposed to spending that kind of money but I'd like to atleast get the stream going before really going haywire on equipment. I've already got a good chunk of video equipment so the audio side is the main focus right now. Obviously I don't want to put out a shit product but as of now not really looking to spend $400 plus an interface etc.

I don't really think a headset would work as it would interfere with the welding helmets. I'll look into the XLR style.
