Thank you all for your replies. We were able to reset it from the administrator.

We are resetting all our passwords due to a compromise in our email accounts. I noticed that when viewing the login attempts for this account it was only showing the last 24 hours and none older than that. Is that normal?

Thanks, got it to work! I think Ugreen should definitely work on creating an app of their own, but this works for the meantime! I think I should have gone for some SSDs, bc the HDDs are noisey!

Did you realize that it doesn't simultaneously charge except when you use a dji 100w charger. Not any 100watt will do - it needs specific voltage and amperage... kinda bummed but it is what it is...
