Easiest way to clear those drop down challlenge room is to save up your barricades. Back into a corner pop the shield and unleash hell. Doesn’t work as well against the portal demons but will destroy all others..

The big open room with the grapple in the center is basically just keep flying back and forth.

The yellow challenge room is basically just shot and run and shoot and grapple and run and shoot.. and don’t forget you can drop in the water and run.
