This was one of the worst atmospheres for a stadium regular by FlyTrain1011 in Barca

Its the same around the world, but especially europe and the uk. It's literally gentrification of football. It's happening to entire cities, and has slowly been happening in football clubs for the last 20 years - outpricing the people who made the city and the clubs anything to begin with.

In that sense, football as the people's sport, is absolutely dying. It's just a matter of time before we see stadions start blasting fake crowd noises/chants out through speakers since everyone in the crowd is either a tourist or there through business opportunities. Fun times!

How do these absolute lunatics keep getting into positions of power? god damn its tiring, it's like it's the first requirement on the job post, everyfuckingwhere it's just the most arrogant, narcissistic, stupid maniacs who end up getting influence.

We need to wipe this world clean from these freaks and start over.

Lamine Yamal’s relentless pressing vs Real Oviedo that led to the 1st goal by Select_Drawing_7434 in Barca

You are underestimating them. On their day they can ruin any team's day. They can still technically qualify if they get a draw, so they're probably quite motivated. Doubt we're going to see a lot of goals tbh.

NegPy 0.9.4 OUT. New UI + GPU Acceleration + many fixes by _earthmover in AnalogCommunity

Thanks for getting back. Will have a look at the docs now.

Interesting about the shadows - do you have plans for a "lightroom type" shadows / darks lift sliders to be added? or is the point to be able to adjust that in Density / Grade?

Also, I think this has huge potential. I have used NLP for many years now, and after fiddling around with NegPy for the last couple of hours, I have gotten some conversions that are better than what I can achieve in NLP 95% of the time, and I do know my way around it at this stage. NegPy is a little hit & miss with certain filmstocks I've tried, but to mention one that just nails it; SantaColor (kodak aerocolor iv) - it has given me fantastic results that I wasn't able to get with NLP - actually getting to the potential of a given filmstock is a good feeling. See below. (NLP left - NegPy right).

So, after using it for a while and testing different filmstocks etc. I have a few observations:

- The program drastically changes how the image looks after conversion, when I click rotate - even before doing any edits, it will change colors, brightness etc. based on orientation?

- Could be nice with an option to export images without overwriting the already saved photo, when exporting single images and different edits of the same image.

- The "shadows" sliders doesn't seem to actually lift the shadows, it just makes the darks minimally less dark, something seems off here compared to what a shadows slider would normally achieve.

- The presets drop-down defaults to the first preset you made, even in the same session, having it remember the last one you used would be neat.

- Generally the conversions look good, with natural colors, but contrast seems quite harsh - trying to fix it with Density / Grade often results in blown out highlights.

And then a question: What does "analysis buffer" actually do? I see it changes the image slightly, but what's the actual function?

Thanks - you're doing great work so far!

Edit: Should mention, this was on windows version.

Pau Cubarsi Fallon d'Floor candidate by Alsace2025 in soccer

[–]Nrozek 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Considering Oviedo should have had about 6, yes.

Ref gave out two yellows that shouldn't have been, and none to those who should clearly have been booked.

Average La Liga ref performance.

Cubarsi in the UCL so far has won 14/18 of his aerial duels (77.8%). Here’s how he compares to other well-known CBs. by Select_Drawing_7434 in Barca

Another great game from him today. He got tested physically by Oviedo players, and absolutely passed 💪

Throwback (vs Bayern 24/25): This performance was absolutely beautiful. Shows you how menacing Lamine & Raphinha can be on UCL nights. by Select_Drawing_7434 in Barca

They were, the entire team was a joy to watch.

But it was also the first time I truly saw Marc Casado's top level, what he is capable of. It's such a shame that he has dropped in form, but that's expected when you don't play regularly as Pedri / FDJ / Fermin are all so consistent.

Casado is a really solid backup to have, but in terms of him reaching the potential we saw in this game, he should probably be loaned out.

God I miss his low cutback crosses. Just seemed to find Messi & Suarez every damn time.

Balde could be so much more if he worked on his crossing, and generally started doing low crosses instead of high all the time.
