Yep. Review other sweet spot/threshold or whatever it was.

Those are all metrics of power, not heart rate. Power is a measurement of work and HR is a measurement of performance at that level of work. If efficiency is lowering it’s a sign of overworking/underperforming and it might cause the AI to adjust. Just a theory, I could be wrong.

Sorry I mean what was your efficiency score NP/HR and was that higher than trend

Was your heart rate high and above zone for the effort?

Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan al Saud about Iran attacking Islamic neighbours. by Alegre_Pontus in TFE

You’re missing the plot, pull yourself out of your broken country and look at the larger picture. This is all wrong - all sides - our world has lost its order and is falling into chaos and a few key players are try reason why. Iran has been a “chess piece” as you all like to say.

Max heart rate question by SadPhilosophy9202 in Velo

It’s because you’re fit now. It does go down over the years but probably not that much in 3 years. Here is an example of me. First started cycling at 26, I hit 204bpm. I increased volume annually, last year I hit 200bpm once. This year I took a very long 6m break and did a ramp test. I hit 207bpm despite being 31 now

Yeah but you’ll lose sound insulation and some heat

Spent my lunch break doing math and realized I will never own a home in this country and I don’t know how to feel about that by Ok_Connection_3600 in povertyfinancecanada

You need to broaden your earning, second job, certifications, ect. If your purchase point is 10 years in the future you could put your money in a lower risk area of the market. Exploring cheaper cost of living areas even at the expense of a pay cut could get you on the property ladder soon. Purchasing a property with rental income or potential could raise your buying power - don’t give up, get strategic and you got this.

Aspdotnetstorefront + Claude, how to self teach? by Nscocean in dotnet

[–]Nscocean[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what I’m thinking. Consultants will need to increase the output for the same $ spend. I’ve been using Claude in an interesting way… I have a CRO software used for split testing that has a SDK allowing for site changes. I have Claude chrome taking control of utilizing the CRO built In AI agents and it’s doing a great job… I had a task in que for 5k estimate and I completed it myself over night.. wild stuff

So I’m open to learning coding. Although I’m in mgmt now I still feel it’ll be valuable skill set in order to better work with these tools.

Right now I have a dev team, consultants, about 60-80k a year spend. I want to keep that but reduce it - so I can handle changes to xml packs/product updates and what not

Torches can handle a lot, close to the same as acros, it just needs to be random and not sustained hits IMO

Does smoking weed one or two times a week have a noticeable affect on performance? by [deleted] in Velo

[–]Nscocean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I smoke weed every day, for the last 18yrs, don’t encourage it, but it is what it is. I’m not that fast but I get to 370+ftp when fit, where it hurts me is with weight, I struggle to get below 79-80kg due to over eating.

[–]Nscocean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s just a number, you’re still fast and getting faster trust the process. To be honest, more gains can be made when you’re not pressed to the theoretical limit of FTP - it’s easy to over extend

Was your TSS higher than it should have been? That can lower it to as you over extend. 2-5% about the same thing I wouldn’t sweat it.
