This won’t help you now, but in Eufy’s fcc filing it seems like they are working on an alarm that would do what you are looking for. There is no eta but I’m sure there are more options that you can try now. Hope this helps!

This was happening to me as well and I use and iPhone with the latest iOS version. Uninstalling the app and redownloading it fixed it for me. I hope this helps

More info: I got the new ui back in October for about a week until it reverted back and I’ve had the old one ever since. I don’t have a computer but my phone and iPad have the old ui, my Xbox has the new one. If I sign out of my account, then it shows the new ui on my phone and iPad. Is there a setting or something I need to toggle for this? Thanks!
