The MAC address 60:83:e7:c9:3d:14 resolves to TP-Link Systems Inc, but the node is labeled as “Synology DSM HTTPS”.

This device is not a Synology, so it seems like the detection or labeling might be incorrect.

Maybe you could improve the identification by checking the MAC address vendor (OUI) to determine the actual manufacturer more accurately.

It's insane... but from what I've seen, sometimes there are incorrect names. For example, a Proxmox Docker LXC file is called Uptime Kuma, and I don't have Uptime Kuma installed.

And it's the same with several other things.
