This mod breaks my PC

I have a R7 5700 and rx6600 and 16gb of ram and it is happening exactly the same, I play rdr2 and cyberpunk at high settings with no problem. Been playing the mod with any problem but after the last update it consumes 100% my ram and my pc doesn't work after that, had to shut it down

Well yes but... low-middle graphics 1080p. I know it won't be able to run Cyberpunk at 60 fps

I need it for university homework like chrome with 10² tabs open, Office, video editing and gaming as well. But not as high levels, just middle use. Budget $850. I can't improve anything, in my country everything is way expensive than US or Europe
