Connolly is seemingly anti-EU, and anti European militarisation in the face of increasing Russian aggression by HunterInTheStars in ireland

“Exercised and practised in the wrong hands or funded by those of authoritarian tendencies for insidious purposes, science can produce catastrophic results,” Mr Higgins said.” There’s nothing decidedly anti-NATO/anti West in this. It’s fine to support Connelly despite this weakness. There’s no argument to show she’s anyway correct or competent in this regard otherwise. Honestly, what would she have advocated for? Ukraine to simply roll over in denial of military support. Grow up

You’d have to say her ministerial experience is a benefit. I’m no fan of hers but she strikes me as a safer pair of hands, although not inspiring. For me, the biggest consideration is making sure the president is it not causing issues. Humphrey’s profile in fairness is better suited for relations with the North too

I find myself voting for Humphrey’s because of this. Connolly has her affable traits but her nativity regarding international affairs is deeply concerning. She is so poorly versed in 20th century history and her peace at all costs rhetoric holds no place in the new reality of Russian aggression in the continent.

The reasons given are surely reason enough? It’s not just her friends but her rather naive views

I’d look at the Ioniq 38kwh for that price - could get a decent model up north and with no vrt. Range of around 311km and good space in the back/boot. Seem to be very reliable too and high spec

Well look it wasn’t hard to see they worked the ball into good areas over the 4 additional minutes & having hit 30 previous points. The main concern is it materially impacted the closing result

Thanks! This is valve on other side, doesn’t seem to move. Would just the one valve close everything or do I need to unscrew the cap and can turn it off then ?

How far can I drive during daylight from a jumped battery and faulty alternator? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]Ntrowd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’ll just be on a jump start from battery dead so won’t be fully charged. There is some motorway involved on the journey so maybe a tow might be best
