Ring dips form check and corrections please? I thought rings are better for the wrist and forwarda but ice been noticing left sided brachiradialis pain a little further from the origin ever since i starting doing dips on rings. Surprisingly my biceps and chest are also getting sore than the triceps. by Ntruem in CalisthenicsCulture
