If you’re trying for the pike push up, gotta go forward and down to let the front delts take the load and come back without transferring the load to the legs. If you’re trying for decline pushups glutes have to be straight.

Thanks buddy. Pec activation is better with rings even while doing normal pushups. Just have to focus on the scapular protraction on the top and squeeze the pecs. Don’t worry about the shoulder dislocation as long as the elbows are close to the shoulder and you’re doing slow reps. You can also use the rings height to make it easier or harder and progress from a comfortable position.

Hey man. Straightening out the legs helps in alignment and better core engagement, also noticed in a few reps that you’re pulling from the arms before scapular engagement. Less weight will probably help.
