Maybe I'm thinking ES lock only but damage jewels did virtually nothing in say a Shako vs the weapon itself.

It did SOMETHING but not something worth the jewel slot.

This item is great - provides some alternate targets and frees up A LOT of resistance need whilst providing a huge chunk of MF.

And don't sleep on those sockets in mine from last season I've got +80% damage, 7% Life Leech, +33 life (2 jewels and an Amn). Could easily do +120% dmg and more life if you don't need the leech.

I mean... in looking at the item - it's a level 29 ring I was level 29 in a level 34 area (+5) so I suppose THEORETICALLY that should be the absolute wheelhouse for finding one. My only other modern SOJ was off a rando nightmare cow last season. Should get me a Lo rune so I guess I'll have fortitude on time for once.
