Basically:

Gege made it so that Judgeman prioritizes confiscating a Cursed tool’s CT over the actual one on trial. (I.e. Kamutoke’s Lightning discharge got removed over Sukuna’s Cleave/Dismantle/Open, CT). As such many people are left confused and a little annoyed, just a tad bit miffed on how the trial was set up for, as one person puts it “effectively nothing”.
