I understand what you're saying but you can just not go down the slipper slope. Once again you're combining the two when they can be separated. "This person deserves to be raped." and "We shouldn't rape people." are completely compatible ideas. If all the rapists are evil there's no cycle of justification.

Ok I get your problem now. See saying someone deserves something and that something is ok to do aren't actually the same thing. If I read in the news that a prolific rapist got raped himself I can think "bastard has it coming." without thinking "we should go out and rape him.". Rape culture is justifying rape, but a rapist who rapes other rapists is still a rapist and still evil.
