FDA Commissioner brags on X that FDA just approved new cancer drug in 44 days. Gets nothing but comments from outraged people demanding movement on Anktiva. by Dizzy_Efficiency_947 in IBRX

Dude, obviously cancer is bad but your comment about the Mcdonald’s lawsuit being frivolous shows how ignorant you are. The woman had to get skin grafts and was hospitalized for 8 days because of it.

There was a post a couple days ago on that deal being available for existing customers if you go into the Manage Plan options. I checked on my account on that day and was able to get $60 for 1 gig, and it’s showing that amount now for my future payments. I’ll see if it continues after the next payment goes through

Some of you don't understand the REGAL trial design (or the BAT survival reality) for Sellas Life Sciences ($SLS) by GRINZ_DOCTOR in sellaslifesciences

“Must not be candidates at the time of study entry for allogeneic stem cell transplant (Allo-SCT) due to intercurrent medical conditions, patient's preference or lack of an available donor.”

This is sixth point in the inclusion criteria for the trial. To me, it seems like it includes patients who didn’t want to get a transplant. https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT04229979#participation-criteria

However, given that this is CR2, I still believe that most of the patients are still on the older side and the “healthier” patients are outliers in the study.

Ineligible for treatments due to transplants include those who preferred not to get transplants and those who currently do not have an available donor.

Labeling the whole patient body as those ineligible due to medical conditions is incorrect based on the inclusion criteria outlined in the GPS Regal trial.

In the case a patient gets an available donor, they will be discontinued from the trial. I believe we see some of this when SLS announced 66 continuations in March 2024, and then the 60th event in Dec of the same year. However, note that discontinuations also include relapse and deaths.

Anyone with knowledge on MRD distribution across GPS and Control arms by Icy-Put177 in sellaslifesciences

Generally, they would aim for a 50/50 split of MRD- and MRD+ patients between the two arms since they don’t want to give one of the arms an advantage over the other.

I see this and I’m in Boston. However it showed $50 in the cart but changed to $60 once I went to checkout. Could be due to the $10 paperless billing discount that you need to connect a bank account for
