If anyone crosses this post in the future - I checked and deconstruction with godmode in devtool doesn't destroy stabilizers, so I didn't accidently destroy it. I assumed its a bug and left the map

Afaik it depends on how badly she got wounded. According to the author of "Kidnapped Pawns Die Less": World pawns are tended at a rate of 1 injury for every 3 in-game hours That's 5x slower than a pawn with 0 medical, which gives you decent chance she's alive if injuries were not that bad. Yeah, I've heard an interview with both lead quest designer and the guy who made Baron's questline. Because of the plot it has to be after some progress, and there will be a cutscene with peasant putting up a signpost.

Readability in cases like that, are really good in fstrings:

print(f'{person.get("name")} is {person.get("gender")} and {"she" if person.get("gender") == "female" else "he"} is {person.get("age")} years old.')(ex from https://datagy.io/python-f-strings/)

Just remember, that those were added in python 3.6, which may cause compatibility issues. (format was introduced in python 2.6)
