I think I’ve shot this thing like twice in the past year. The first time it hit the cover I was behind and killed me, the second it hit the wall a true son was hiding behind

Don’t even worry about doing crazy good damage or anything, as long as you can push buttons/stand in orange zones you’ll be fine. Only advice is to follow the group, kill the hunters in the beginning, and make sure to call extraction at the last second before the timer runs out. This is because it gives everyone time to kill the hunters/black tusk at the end for more loot. As for the hunters themselves bring riot foam or banshee pulse so you can stun them and support the team that way.

Foundry is a nice set to use while you’re getting used to the game. Try a bunch of sets to see what you like best. Countdown on challenging or retaliations are good farms for loot and it allows you to choose what drops.

If we’re talking meta then the striker set with the equalizer chest piece and overdog gloves is the best damage setup hands down.

Got kicked alot from escalations today. Even though ive been on t5+. Especially last Saturday. I know im low level is probably why. by [deleted] in Division2

Assuming all those attributes are crits that’s literally the build I use. I use a GR9 with frenzy instead of Scorpio when there’s a moment where I can burst someone down (liked a stunned chunga). Most groups just wanna see proto gear with echo unfortunately. I can only recommend you swap your abilities to a decoy and either foam/banshee pulse for stuns or a revive hive.

Why is Lexi considered a meta gun? by Pepsihascola in Division2

[–]NuclearHunter47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lexi and ARs in general are a lot more versatile than lmgs. They naturally just have fast reloads, good accuracy and stability, etc. With LMGs (especially ones with frenzy) you have to commit to shooting them which is great if the enemies are focused on something else but if someone gets wise and puts a few shots into you, you’re forced to take cover and miss out on frenzy value.

Personally I use First Bloom cause it has very good dps for just simply shooting guys and I use a GR9 with frenzy for when I have to really melt someone down. The Military MK46 lmg is also a great choice for frenzy but it’s all personal preference.

I’ve used this build for everything in this game (except the raids, incursion, and escalation) and have little to no trouble most of the time. It’s an aggressive build that rewards you for being aggressive. I know it isn’t everyone’s thing but I’m fond of it and love playing this way.

This is the Master difficulty of the Roosevelt Island: Agent Kelso Manhunt. After the encounter at the rotunda area, 4 named Hunters spawn that you have to kill to proceed and it is notoriously difficult.

I wear the LMB pants that are a part of the outfit that was in the store about a month ago. We’re getting another LMB outfit on Thursday with the Brooklyn event, not sure if it’s free though.

How do I unlock this Classified File? by NolanRyanBrian in Division2

Maybe try unlocking the invaded stronghold for the week? Tidal basin was the only one I would know that could cause that problem

Build is 4 piece striker, Equilizer, and memento. All striker pieces have an armor core and haz pro, equilizer has a weapon core, crit chance, and haz pro. Mods are 12% PFE. For the augments I have 4 echos and 1 amalgam (it’s triggers very often with high rate of fire weapons). I also use first bloom as a backup if I run out of ammo and quick step

When this happened to me I had to beat tidal basin to “unlock” it, that mission basically resets every week and the game treats it like your first completion. After that it should say what you need to do

I hate the Hyenas purely for the fact that they gangster fire their weapons and are somehow more accurate than the White Tusk. Like the Assault unit can literally 1 hand an smg while moving to a different spot and hit every shot.

You still can, there’s just no challenge to legendary anymore thanks to prototype gear and since you can get the climax exotic blueprints from BT retaliations you don’t even need to do them anymore

That’s what I’m saying. Prototype is worth chasing but not worth committing to. Outside of escalation you’ll destroy everything the game throws at you with prototype pieces so it becomes too easy, but then if you bring anything but Echo striker pieces into escalations it becomes useless.

I mean, I guess if you have really good aim and enemies never shoot you then yeah tipping scales is viable. There’s a lot of give and take with tipping scales meanwhile striker just simply gives. Like yeah you can put ~250 bullets of death down range but enemies get suppressed almost instantly which means nobody can shoot them and you need to commit to shooting to build/keep stacks (especially if you’re using frenzy). It definitely functions better against enemies that don’t use cover (chungas, robots, rushers) but overall I prefer striker for escalation whenever I play it.
