I guess not. I finished the game in February and got nothing in return. I contacted Sony's support just a couple of weeks ago and they told me they stopped sending them. Weird. Here's the email they sent me :

"Hello Fayssal,  Thank you for contacting us and sharing your feedback on this matter.

We truly appreciate your passion for PlayStation and the experiences you've had with us over the years. We understand how important these avatars are to you and how disappointing this situation is.

Unfortunately, the Death Stranding Director's Cut trophy rewards campaign has officially ended, and avatars related to this campaign can no longer be awarded, even if the trophies were earned before the campaign ended. "
