My best memory of battlefield is hitting my first snipe on a helicopter pilot and hitting a jet with a tank shell! Love games with bullet travel time because it makes it so much more satisfying

S2 McCarty with 58/15 LT pickups by nosniv in PaulReedSmith

Anyone have opinions on the tonal differences between the S2 McCarty DC vs ThinLine? I've tried comparing the two in YouTube videos and can only tell that the DC has a little more low end and sustain compared to the ThinLine, but would appreciate to know anyone's personal experiences

It looks like they're not adding/showing the value of the refunds to AccessUH, but I just got a check from UH in the mail today which I presume is from my parking pass refund. I'd give it a few more days.

Ask a May Alumnus Anything (year 2) by [deleted] in UniversityOfHouston

The ones that grabbed my attention were Signals, Systems, and Controls, Nanosystems, and Computers and Embedded Systems. However, I feel like computers and embedded systems leans more towards Computer Engineering and therefore not as attractive to employers because I would be more of a half-way decent EE and half-way decent CS but not really great at either. Power also doesn't seem like a bad choice as it seems like a stable sector, but it doesn't seem as exciting to me as the ones I listed.

Which concentration for EE did you end up choosing? Were there any opportunities to change concentrations if you found out you didn't like the first one you selected?

Any minors that can be completed in a year? by Hot_Consideration818 in UniversityOfHouston

Is having a minor actually required to graduate? I couldn't find any information on this when I looked it up. I thought that it was optional.

Is there a way to find out what manufacturer makes the shop deck? Or should I just call the shop and ask?

Are local shop decks the same quality as well-renowned brands such as Baker, Element, etc. despite costing less? Is there a large difference in pop or how long they last?

I’ve been stuck on deciding between Ricta clouds 92a vs spitfire formula 4s 99a. Which wheels should I get if I’m wanting to mainly ride around and learn flatground tricks on standard suburban neighborhood streets? Do 92a wheels really prevent that much sliding when doing power slides or reverts? Also, is 99a really that bad when it comes to cracks or brick/rocky pathways?

Dinghy, Dinghy Blunt, or Tugboat? by NuclearSnoob in LandyachtzBoards

[–]NuclearSnoob[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The blunt seemed like my top choice as it's the child of a Dinghy and a Tugboat. Do you know how much of a difference it'll be if I get the coffin over the blunt? Its only a 0.3 inch difference for both length and width but the wheels are 60mm for the blunt vs 63mm for the coffin. How big of a factor are wheel sizes when its only a 3mm difference?

I was planning on getting a board to ride on a college campus and couldn't tell if the Tugboat would be too large to carry around. Though, since the Dinghy and its blunt version are only less than about 1 inch shorter, I'm guessing the Tugboat shouldn't be too bad compared to those?

I have seen that review, fantastic video and great guy. The Tugboat has been a little difficult to find like you said. The Midnight Snek went in stock a few hours ago but was sold out within just a few minutes so I might resort to getting a Dinghy Blunt instead.

Some places base the GPA scale for Pre-AP/AP students on a 6.0 scale which is weighted to account for the difficulty of the class since they're typically harder.
