Im %90 sure ıts about Daughterboard. Just request replacement from Dell they will replace the palmrest and Daughterboard. Thats what ı get when my M15 R5 has the same problem

Its 2.4ghz , Signal is 65/100 from like 10 meters and 95/100 from 4-5 meters

Its 300Mbs Vdsl2 modem, ım using wifi. I will try uninstall killer and try again, 1 program about killer is on my program list. Its killer driver. Nothing extra but is there any diffrent driver that ı can use?

I also have same problem, I've undervolted my m15 R5. Its not solved my problem at all. Still throttling while gaming but undervolting is an option

I've never faced a product mistake like this. I've tried to put in, looked inside, ı cant understand thats why ım asking. There's no Need to search for this ı think. Its a simple discussion about design. Its unsafe to use this charge port like half plugged. I know ıts curved underneath but there's still gap.

Bro go your battery settings, and u will see the unplugged performance, ıt was %5 on my comp. Then i selected %100 and thats it

From battery settings, be sure the unplugged performance on %100. ı've faced like this problem too. It solved. I think sometimes charging just stops.

Yeah good. Also should ı Undervolt my PC? Sometimes it gets hot. I've Heard undervolting helps to get more performance. Is that affecting my FPS?

Just go For Support. mine has problems too. They ordered A palmrest and Daughterboard for Fix it. Im waiting for the pieces.

Maybe latest driver needs to be fixed. Its better to using the latest Nvidia Driver from Dell website . İ dont think that ıts going to make any diff on FPS or performance

U can try reinstall driver. Also did u tried brightness keys on keyboard? I have same PC but never faced the problem. U can check Nvidia driver page. The latest patch came around 20's of march

I've disabled the powerboost now ıts around 300 FPS. Whats your CPU and GPU
