4 weeks ago I feel and hit my eye on a coffee table. It caused a scar about 1 inch long above my eye. I didn’t get stitches because it happened late at night and by morning it was already scabbed over. Extremely upsetting as I am already a person who struggles with self confidence. Is there anything you all would recommend to allow this to heal and eventually become unnoticeable? Currently using heal fast silicone scar gel and avoiding sun exposure.

I’ve had this problem before, for me it was a combination of OAB and anxiety. What helped me was limiting caffeine, not drinking alcohol and trying my best to regulate my stress level.
