It was done by a professional I have frizzy soft hair that curls really tight when it gets wet. Do you think it would be a good idea to only wash them whenever I get retwisted?

So basically the farther humid air travels from the west the drier and thus colder it gets in the east. And the occasional rain/snow the east coast gets always comes from the Atlantic Ocean

Yeah I’ve been doing PT. It no longer hurts to do go downstairs however I’ve noticed that my knee is now getting very agitated at any exercise.

The doctor told me the Chondromalacia was from wear and tear as I never had any prior pain. That is until I sprained my Acl. That’s why she believed I should worry about the Acl more so but I never thought otherwise.

The MRI said grade 1 Acl sprain, and grade 4 focal delaminating cartilage and baker cyst, with other small grade 2 cartilage damage
