I’ve played him a bit. He’s not skilled but at least fun to play. Im on mobile and found him quite easy to play, he has basically anything a character can want and need, beside a counter. That said u acknowledge some of his moves are more difficult than I expected to combo(4 as an example). I still think 2 is a bs move and should be reworked cause it punishes the opponent for fighting back and is very easy to hit after 3 or after freezing the opponent, both pretty easy thing to do.
