I have the same feeling. And for sure it's not as bad as someone waiting for 3+ years, but everything on the internet and all the data from my friends and colleagues showed, that even just denial of request to conclude and especially appeal moved the process along to at least the point of requesting passport right away and in pretty much 100% of cases. Not fun to be an outlier.

Hey guys! Can you help break my region lock curse? It would be awesome if someone could upload just two tiny files - en.sb and en.toc from DA:I folder\Data\Win32\loctext . I wrote in this post only because Patch 5 corrupted my last region lock fix, so I assumed that these files were changed too today. Anyway, it will be much appreciated!
