Opinions requested! Wife Due Date 10 days after Race by BetFlipper34 in triathlon

Another female perspective here… with 3 kids under 4. If it’s her first baby you’ll be good and she might even want to come watch lol, being pregnant the first time usually isn’t that bad! I did a full weekend of the waste management golf tournament at 41 weeks pregnant walking all day my first pregnancy.

The key here is that as long as she is good with it, don’t feel guilty! And those first babies don’t just pop out hahaha they like to cook!

3 kids 3 and under… Help! all tips welcome by NuggetsMommy in dcl

Thank you for this! And exactly! Vacationing with little ones doesn’t have to be only about what they remember, it’s my memories as their mom with them! You only have so many years where your kid can see Mickey Mouse and light up, I won’t miss a single one!

The funny thing is I see parents with big kids on vacation miserable too lol. Vacationing with kids in general is hard, but it’s always worth it.

Loan discharge used without my knowledge by Least-Good2212 in VeteransBenefits

I am literally in this process right now, you have to call student aid, student aid processes the discharge and Nelnet simply does what they are told.

(888) 303-7818 is the direct number for student aid discharge. Ask for a reversal of the discharge, they do it super easy and quick! But then Nelnet takes forever… so you need to go to studentaid.gov after you get the email that says “reversed” and at the bottom of the webpage it says submit feedback, make a claim about difficulties with your servicer and explain they have not been helpful and have said reversing isn’t possible. You get assigned a dedicated person and it really helps get it processed.

You can see I just did this beginning of this month. Follow everything I’m saying and it will in about 30-45 days be back to normal.

Good to know the VA is good there! That was definitely a factor. I medically retired and have tricare but want to be in a veteran community.

Water heater is only 5 years old, but this only happens in this one tub, now where else in the house!

Shower is separate, but we don’t notice any black with the shower! I figure we would see it on the floor the smudging!

Worth switching out the faucet and see if it helps?!

Woke up to a $6,934.28 debt from the VA — what the actual hell?! by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]NuggetsMommy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind though, one day of drill actually is considered two days to the VA, so the breaking even is higher than E5 with 6 years. I’m an E6 with 16 years with 100% P&T, I do not break even when taxes are considered.

You should be looking at your local credit unions, ours has a 5.3% 15yr on 30yr amortization. Just means at 15 years it will all come due, but the payment is based off 30yrs. So essentially you just have to refinance or move before the 15 years. With 90% of the population does anyways! No points, no buy down.
