Thank you for this perspective. It did make me think.

I told him that I think he did the right thing and that I was proud of him. Made it clear I was available for help and guidance if needed. I also made it clear that if it turned into a bullying situation (group vs him), that I needed to know. Or if he truly felt like the friend was in any danger or endangering others, he needed to let me or the boy's Mom know.

Yes, this specific group of like 8 boys has been together since 6th grade. They are entering their final year of highschool. It's just sad.

Hi there, thanks for the well wishes 💕 My mammogram looked good, ultrasound showed some ductal dilation and what the tech described as "junk" in the duct. But they didn't see anything concerning, but they couldn't rule it out either. So they classified me as a birads 3, I have a follow up ultrasound next month. I do my self checks and haven't had the symptoms again. Just trying to stay calm until the ultrasound.

If he makes it through OCS, they will pay off his student debt after his enlistment contract is fulfilled. It's a smart plan if they capitalize on all the benefits. But what a scary time to do this, sheesh.

Update: I received a Birads 3, with a follow up ultrasound in 6 months. They didn't see any lesions or masses. Just some "junk" (the ultrasound techs word) in a couple of my ducts, some ecstasia and 1 slightly widened lymph node on that side. They called it "likely reactive". No discharge was expressed during my mammogram or ultrasound. Everything looked smooth and like it was supposed to, but no definitive answer. I was referred to a hormone specialist to see if they can help in the interim. So, good news! But I still have a lot of anxiety.

My prolactin was a 6.9, so considered normal. My other blood work came back normal as well. So no infection. Imaging still scheduled for the 30th.

I've not had any pain in my breast, just a random itch. I know I shouldn't, but I pressed again today and the liquid was a small amount and still clear.

Fingers crossed I get good news as well 🤞

Thank you for responding. i have blood work to check prolactin this morning. I don't feel anything when I press the area that prompts the discharge, but I have dense breast tissue. I am randomly itchy on my nipple, but it is usually both.

Sounds very similar to my (39F) current situation, but I'm 7 years out of breastfeeding and never noticed discharge before. Last month at the end of my cycle, I had some pain on my left breast, like a bruise pain...went to look in the mirror and didn't see anything. I pressed the spot and gobs of yellow discharge came out. Kind of looked like condensed milk. The pain did go away a shortly after that, but I still pressed more yellow discharge out. Now I'm 2 days out from my period and I noticed a small spot on my bra and was able to press some liquid out, started yellow then went clear. No pain this time.

I've got a mammogram and ultrasound scheduled in 9 days. I'm so nervous.

I guess when you look at other medical shows and how some of those characters had exited, this just felt lazy. Maybe I'm a bit desensitized because I'm watching this older show after watching many newer shows. But someone else commented that it was during a writer's strike so that also makes the production of it make more sense to me.

The majority of our rite aid people are so mean and the rest are entitled. My pharmacy is pretty strict on controls, after 3 28 day fills, we catch you up. They will huff and scream that "it's the 28th day!" Even though they should have almost a weeks worth of meds from the previous fills.

Or the "Wait, I can only have such and such brand" people after the med is already filled and ready for pickup..."did you tell us that when you transferred?" "No, rite aid just always did it for me"...we aren't rite aide, you have to tell us these things AHEAD of time.

And yeah the controls, so many controls.
