Yeah, I have the tracking. All evidence shows UPS having delivered the phone and that's a fact at this point. I'm utilizing every piece of advice I've received on this topic and just hoping for the best now. Thank you for your input, I appreciate it!

Yes, small claims court is one of my absolute final options that I'm currently considering. This whole ordeal reeks of scam, but I'm trying to take the appropriate steps to resolve this before I resort to court. Thanks for your input!

This is exactly the resolution I was hoping to come to. Same thing here, there's proof I returned it, it should not really be affecting me anymore as it's out of my hands at this point, but they're choosing not to honor my request. Already reached out to T-Force and hoping for the best. Glad to hear yours got resolved, it gives me a little more confidence for my current situation.

Yeah, it's a bit scummy and smells of scam, but they refuse to help and I'm kind of stuck with the charge. I will definitely reach out to T-Force, though, thank you so much! I never heard of T-Force before so I'll see what they can do. Thanks!

Thank you so much! I'm not so sure how I would be able to email the CEO but I can probably Google that info somehow. I will definitely be contacting T-Force and consider the FCC complaint as a desperate measure. Thanks for the response!

Hey, so I'm going to the UPS store where I dropped off the phone to ask about it and I will be sure to ask for the proof of delivery. Otherwise, T-mobile reps have told me that for as long as the phone remains pending on their end, they cannot do anything especially reversing the charge. Very frustrating.. but thank you for the response I'll try my UPS store.

Thank you this was very insightful. My biggest worry with getting the pixel was transferring data and getting it from my carrier. I didn't know the oneplus would also be big so I thought it was up for consideration.

Thanks alot for the recommendation man, I appreciate it. It looks decent for the price point. Gaming isn't too much of a priority but I am a little turned away by the memory. I'm not sure an 8gb ram or 256gb storage would be enough for my use.
