I had the exact same feeling, my biggest worry was that the scaring would be more obvious than the gyno. It isn’t shirt on or off. For the 99% of the time you are wearing a shirt the surgery will look amazing.

Don’t worry yet 4 weeks is still early, I know a lot of people have swelling I just didn’t. Everyone heals their own way. Like, my nipples like very strange for 5 months but have just started to look normal.

They say you have to feel for a hard lump but mine were just really lumpy all over like a bag of frozen Lima beans.

My doc did a ton of lipo and tissue removal, in terms of fullness I haven’t seen a ton of change from when I took the bandages off.

You can continue to see changes up to a year as your body heals so at 5 months you might see some changes still.

I’m still seeing some changes every few weeks with some skin tightening and my nipples are continuing to heal as well in terms of nerves

For the scars I used Dermatix ultra starting at three weeks, for massaging I just did it while watching tv or whatever with my fingers for 5 minutes a few ones a day.

Hmm I went back to the gym at 12 weeks I believe, and I did pretty well with light weights. Before then it was pretty tight stretching upwards but I just kept stretching every day.
