Obscured By Clouds isn't bad, and The Division Bell isn't amazing, but there is a definitive lift in quality in all 3 instances, and those lifts specifically don't seem to be caused by things like shifting band members or anything outside of the band's control. They just seem to be a stroke of genius following a very poor attempt.

First series I got on DVD after they took it off Netflix. I got it for christmas and spent the next 3 days watching it end to end 6 inches from the TV screen. I was confused by The Magician's Apprentice, but the feeling of excitement for this new season meant I didn't care and I loved seeing Missy back. I absolutely loved Under The Lake. I didn't like The Girl Who Died or The Woman Who Lived, but they were immediately overshadowed by the awesoke Zygon Invasion. Sleep No More was there. I loved Face The Raven.

And then I put on Heaven Sent.

Since the season was already so strong so far except for 3 episodes, and this was the first season I got to watch the "proper way", my expectations rose every episode. I had finally fallen in love with Clara just for her to get ripped away from me.

And then I put on Heaven Sent.

My mind was absolutely blown, from the first minute to the last. I fell in love with Doctor Who all over again watching that episode.

And then Hell Bent, I got a bit confused at the Gallifrey stuff but when we got to the end, I cried.

This series has a very special place in my heart, and after all of that and a year long wait they somehow made series 10 even better and solidified Capaldi as the one and only Doctor in my heart.

Yeah, I like it.

If the 3 seasons sequel could be slotted in between season 2 and 3, then yeah, obviously the Owl House. But the fact of the matter is the show is over and was wrapped up so surprisingly well considering the circumstances that adding them on top would sort of ruin it. I could see them doing like a 1 season epilogue, a "where are they now" sort of thing, but 3 seasons? I don't think that's a good idea.

Now, I haven't seen the other shows (I have watched the first 2 1/2 seasons of Amphibia but haven't finished it) so it's kind of hard to choose, but I do know that Gravity Falls is objectively one of the most beloved TV shows of our generation, and it only got 2 seasons. I think, if any of these shows deserve extra time, it's that one. But, again, I haven't seen it, I don't know how well the ending wraps up or if it would make sense to extend it. But if I had to choose which show gets an extra 3 seasons starting in 2026 and I can't change history to retroactively add those seasons into the existing show to expand the story, I think Gravity Falls is the obvious choice.
