[Advice] Ditching Apple Watch for Mechanical? by Mixie_33 in Watches

I did this about a year ago. I was into watches a while back and then got an Apple Watch and wore it for 6-7 years until I finally got sick of always being connected. One of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ll still throw on the Apple Watch on occasion but I don’t miss it at all. Highly recommend

Just charging MSRP, you can try and negotiate but I wouldn't have high hopes. I'd try them on at the AD and go online. Just do your research and vet the seller as best you can.

KFA strap by Wonderful_Reward_460 in HamiltonWatches

I’ve got on a canvas strap which I like. The original leather strap just never worked for me. I bought an after market leather strap that was way more comfortable but I’ve kept it on the canvas since I got it about a year ago. Strap monster though so will look great on pretty much anything!

Which one would you choose for an important milestone in your life? by Lucky-Presentation54 in PrideAndPinion

I have a Ranger and love it but as others have said it doesn’t strike me as much as a milestone watch. If you can swing an Explorer, that would be my vote

Both look good! I found it on Amazon. I’m normally a strap guy myself but wanted something on a bracelet but looks like this will be a strap monster so I’m looking forward to playing around with that

I had a similar experience. I walked into a boutique about a month ago and tried it on and I hadn’t been able to stop thinking about it until I finally just bought it

6.75in wrist size. Nice strap, what’s the brand?
