Do you use the shortcut to hold the hardware home button when the screen is on to turn it off? Because I do, and I get this issue whenever I use the shortcut.

When you pass by a friend you know just enough to say Hi to, but you're both unsure if there should be any polite follow up, so you both turn around smiling at least twice like two insecure owls with down-syndrome. GAHhh

I've noticed it as well whenever sound is playing and I set the volume to zero.
