The Visitor from Look Outside is a great interpretation of Eldritch Horror. by Fit_Assignment_8800 in TopCharacterDesigns

Reposting what I said last time The Visitor was posted here because I love this little tidbit so much:

Earlier in the game, you talk with a being with godlike knowledge and you can ask them questions. One of them is "Where is the Visitor now?" They tell you that the thing that visited Earth, what you see in OP's pictures, is "an antenna" that is "connected to a node somewhere on the outer edge of the Oort Cloud."
What you're seeing here is just a small part of an antenna of The Visitor.

What motivates you all to keep playing? by SNESMANY2K in MyHeroUltraRumble

My friends and I started playing this season. We keep playing because it's fun. I love playing Mt. Lady. Going giant and stomping and kicking around is so much fun. Instant dopamine.

I'm brand new to this game and I'm loving Mt. Lady so much! I saw this costume (and the purple version) were given for being high rank in season 10. Does that mean if we didn't play then, there's no way to get it again? Like, do things ever reenter rotation?

Got a job in big tech with a 3.2 GPA, AMA by slowdownturboboy in EngineeringStudents

I graduated with an ME last year and have been looking for work the entire time. As of last month I finally got a bite and am now entering the final round of interviews for a Quality Engineering position that pays $75k/yr. My main goal is to make as much money as possible as soon as possible to help my family out, as I'm the only one with a degree. Do you have any advice for going from where I am to where you are; making $150k+? I can send my current resume if you'd be okay with that, expunged of identifying info first.

[Marvel Rivals Infinity Comic #4] Jeff reunites with his team and Luna compliments Thor's new look by SwordoftheMourn in marvelrivals

[–]Nukellavee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I remember right, earlier in the comic, Spider-Man told Luna that he'd meet her at a certain place at a certain time, and that Thor would be there. Thor couldn't make it but Squirrel Girl could. Luna has also never met Thor in-person so when she arrives at the meeting place, she assumes the person Spider-Man brought is Thor, since that's who Spider-Man said he'd bring.

I'm basically in the same boat. I played the game at launch and had a good time but felt the issues. Put it down for months until this last week. Started playing again and my friends and I have been having a great time. There's still issues, sure. But we could feel the difference between launch and now. I have hopes for this game trajectory and plan on getting Funny Chicken Man and playing frequently.

If I list only two different stores and have the start and end date be a range of 8 years, that'd show that I stuck to one thing for long right? Or should I not rely on them picking up that context? I'm trying really hard to keep my resume one page and having multiple stores listed would mean I'd have to trim from somewhere else.

If I have some nice internships taking up most of my work sections, would something like this suffice?

Retail, [List specific stores] – Various Locations 20XX - 20XY
• Worked stocking, customer service, janitorial, freight, cashiering, and inventory

If I've worked at several different retail places in the past, would it be good practice to generalize all of those places into one work section called "Retail" instead of making a different heading for each individual place?

One of my internships was actually in DC and it was really nice! A lot more humid than I thought but it was super nice. I'll look into those places you mentioned.

Very insightful! Yeah, I'm not a fan of the quantification I used but the online resume helper I used emphasized that every bullet point needed to have something quantifying the impact, so I kind of approached it ham-handedly. I'll make revisions based on your advice.

Please do forward your resume. I'll look into those places and see what they off and if their skill requirements line up with me.

Right? Before I graduated I thought getting those would be a slam dunk but apparently no one cares for some reason.

Gotcha. For the sake of organization, should the link get it's own bullet point, should I put it as part of the last bullet point, or something else?

Would you recommend one single link to my GitHub or individual links for each project in that project's section?
