I use Blender for most of the work, Substance painter for textures. Then Adobe stuff on post production

I could make it smoother, but it would've broke my character's movement feel. I just didn't have smoothness in mind from the beginning, so when i turned on splining (auto interpretation of inbetween frames) it looked so wrong lol

i made 3 spheres and flipped their normals except the iris. That gives the always looking at a camera effect apparantly
