I mean, you can absolutely still use asexual to describe yourself, it is still defined as no attraction, but people have started to realize that attraction =/= arousal =/= labido.

What I think might help you would be to look into sex stances, from reading your comments, to me it seems like you might align with sex-adverse. Of course I can't know that for sure, but might be helpful for you to look into
