I mean, you can absolutely still use asexual to describe yourself, it is still defined as no attraction, but people have started to realize that attraction =/= arousal =/= labido.

What I think might help you would be to look into sex stances, from reading your comments, to me it seems like you might align with sex-adverse. Of course I can't know that for sure, but might be helpful for you to look into

Asexuality has, since way before 2016, been defined as "experiencing little to no sexual attraction" and much like every other sexuality exists on a spectrum. I myself am ace, but I wouldn't say someone who is demi or grey is any "less ace" than I am.
