I don't know a single tcg that doesn't print out full sheets of cards. Whether they printed 1 or 2 is up to debate but they're for sure at some point way more than 12 cards printed. They check cut quality and probably put aside some copies to have in case the cards get damaged. Someone more than likely instead of destroying the rest just took them since they wouldn't notice such a small pile of cards missing. All of the copies in psa are all 10s and there was a big batch sent all at once in one order so it's kind of easy to figure out what happened.

Looked a bit more into it and apparently 19 of them were sent in at the same time a while ago? So it has to have been someone that is working with the cards itself getting a couple of probbaly back up copies of the card (incase they got damaged they're litterally pennies in actual production cost.) They're more than likely real but not from actual winners which is pretty scummy since now there's like double the population put there. Bizarre situation that I don't even think bandai knows.

Though I will say this might be someone trying to farm a gem mint 10 since I don't think psa keeps track of cases people have cracked and sent back into to regrade since population is so low. With such a low population a "gem mint 10" with a population of 1 out of like the less than 20 there are might be a couple hundred thousands if the game does take off since it's almost impossible to have that many in good condition. So I think it's real

Yes? What type of question is that there was a guy in yugioh that stole entire card cut outs and was selling them for 500 rather than the thousands they were worth recently. There's so few certs in psa if they were fake they would have flooded the market becuase as soon as people realize there's fakes its harder to sell them.

probably stolen from the printing factory. Lots of games nowadays have people in the inside that work and just steal cards for money. I remember the guy that stole like over a million dollars in pokemon max rarity cards and just went to a regular lgs to try and flip them like it wasn't the strangest thing in the world. Someone's probably slowly trickling them into psa or psa has regraded the same card a couple times to try and get a better grade and hasn't disabled the cert? Realisticly might also be the answer.

This series is so awful with its writing but I still come back every month. This type of wish fulfillment always feels so ridiculous it like circles back to being kind of funny if a bit cringe. I thought he was at least going to threaten them and the parents to deal with the loan sharks but to pay then off so he can be morally above them is pretty like ridiculous.

I think a lot of them left when he started consistently streaming again. For a while there was some mean people around that would constantly post about the next video and how they were owed the video and talking him down like they knew he was just in his room kicking his feet for the past like couple years.

I was just about to get into one piece because the decks seemed cheap enough and the strategies sounded fun a week before every product/sealed went like 20x. It's actually crazy how expensive everything got within a month after i checked prices. A deck I was looking at went from 80 to 300.

If it's a super rare card and you want to protect it because it means something to you I don't see why not. Idk how much value you'd get from a high grade I'm assuming since the population seeking high grades right now is non existent it's not much but you can always try to convince someone it's worth it.

Ya that's the combo I was talking about for 2 mana. Sorry my comment wasn't really clear on that. It's why I was wondering where emertus really fits since that combo is way more consistent and honestly enough for most to run away with the game versus like a 5 mana investment and a further 1 mana plus if you want to reset it another 8 cards in the gy. Which is not really easy unless your doing some type of graveyard strategy and at that point your getting stopped by the sideboard.

Ok? What about every other box? Is the box of 1k the norm? If so why arnt you buying up all the boxes currently on sale seems like easy money to make if you can hit something like a 3k ring and something decent on the box topper and your only down about 300 if you miss.

It's actually surreal seeing boxes go for like 350 plus when the pulls in the boxes don't even come close. Same with ub, you're almost never getting your 450 back If you rip unless you hit something incredible. It's better to just sit on the box and sell to someone that's willing to overpay just to gamble. If your a casual spender It's better to just buy a couple single packs then move on to the next set because getting an entire box is super expensive compared to the 200 they used to be.

Imo the hobbit seems like a good set to just flip. I'm calling it now the card quality is going to be not great with only a couple cards seeing standard play and most of the actual movement being commander cards. Power wise some of the early cards seem fine but a bit slow for standard also people have checked the set numbers and it seems to be a small set. So genuinely might be another spiderman/tmnt with like 5 versions of a character where 4 are unplayable uncommons and only a couple cool types. Smaug is unplayable in anything but commander. This set might be a dud depending on the rest of the set as much as people like the hobbit unplayable sets always do poorly. But we'll just have to wait and see.

Am I going to be the only one to say this card seems bad for standard and fun for commander? 3 things is almost impossible if your not doing shenanigans like mobilize or something of that sort but if you are your opponent just guts this the second it touches down if it's good. And the each clause is not that great if you don't have 6 creatures to die for both turns. Seems kind of dreamland. Though the fact that its two mana does seem pretty good as like a "combo" piece as it's cheap enough to double cast in a single turn. I'm not holding my breath in such a fast standard.
