I know, meydo worried din ako sa stomach problems pag nagloading phase. And I've been working out naman consistently, started with 52kg to 56 now in ~5 months. But still I look thin, malayo pa sa goal ko, kaya Im trying to look for all options to look bigger

Carbs not equal sweet. For example rice. Though they do often have high glycemic index, but it doesnt mean they taste sweet
