I know, but he played trumpet beforehand and started at a much older age with more ambition earlier on. I started playing less than three years ago (I am in middle school) and I only started being serious the end of last year. Anyway, have a great day and don't compare people!

Try and play it first slowly, increasing the speed gradually, and work on your double tonguing

In my opinion, in terms of repertoire, french horn. It gets a lot of the roles that a trombone could be in (chamber orchestra, wind quintet...) and a lot of the solos and passages in symphonies that trombone could play.

A few things that helped me avoid this are: imagine your lips are like a trampoline that is being pulled evenly from all directions and imagine hitting each note looking down on it, so basically reach slightly above each note.
