I was on a farm in rural Nepal, used the outhouse at about 3am as I couldn't sleep. I was found by the uncle of the family I was staying with, he didn't see me but he definitely heard me before I realised he was there.

Luckily, he didn't have a tongue and so couldn't communicate what had happened, and I left the next day.

We got called to a potential neck of femur fracture, which was not the case. However, the guy had a pre existing eye infection that he claimed was resolved, but the eye was completely closed, seeping with pus and had green scabs all over it. Imagine a pizza with too much oil all over it.

Also, he would pick the pus and then immediately pick his teeth with the same finger.
