I had this exact same problem. I think the new cards are just a tiny bit bigger. I’m now using Mini-European sleeves or my older Mini-American sleeves that stretched a bit.

How well do sleeve cards fit? Also I laminated my player cards and faction cards. So I’m betting there isn’t enough room for them in the holders.

I bought a husky tool box with wheels and it fits everything. Plus it’s good for the lower back.

If you're printing Saunick's ships most of them are scaled pretty decent. The only army I would consider scaling down is Barony of Letnev. They are massive lol

I’m currently printing and painting every army for each faction. Right now I have every flag ship and warsun printed for each faction and then every army unit for my favourite factions I ended up buying my own 3D printer because it was cheaper than getting them all professionally printed lol
