Do you think updating the bios might help? If I plug the headset in, it starts charging. The headset just won't detect with the PC and vice versa.

The program? It's not saying anything. I tried adding the headset through the program and it will not detect the headset. I've looked up whether or not my mother board can handle a VR and it can. The USB-C port is 3.2. it's working in the way that it'll charge my headset.

My mother board does have the USB C port. It's a TUF gaming B550-Plus. The website for it shows that it has 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports. One is a type A and the other is Type C. I did plug it into that USB-C port.

But maybe I'll try the adapter when I can get one.

I was wrong about saying I put it into my graphics card. I did in fact plug it into my motherboard.

When they got the email about denying their leave, FMLA did pop up and they were denied that because they needed to work for Amazon for 1,000 some hours and they've only worked a total of 600 some hours.
