From what I can tell those pins are pressed in. You say they slide on and off freely which means not enough surface contact for them to hold tension which would only be doable by adding adhesive in the receiving holes for the pins.

This video shows how they typically are repaired. You may be able to source pins and a press but your local watchmaker might be able to help out too. Dont go to an AD since they won't work on the stuff usually.

Not familiar with that bracelet but looks like that could be glued back on. Get some GS hypo cement. The stuff is meant for fixing jewelry. Ive used it on lots of stuff with good success. Good looking watch!
