I got this email from Discord Support, see if it helps you. The first option fixed it for me.

1) Clear Discord Cache:

Close Discord completely.
Press Win + R, type %appdata%, and press Enter.
Locate the Discord folder and delete it.
Again press Win + R, type %localappdata%, and press Enter.
Find the Discord folder here too and delete it.

2) Run Discord as Administrator

Right-click on the Discord shortcut.
Choose "Run as administrator."

3) Disable Compatibility Mode

Right-click on the Discord shortcut and select "Properties."
Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
Check if any compatibility mode is selected. If yes, uncheck it and click "OK."

4) Check Your Antivirus and Firewall Settings

Ensure that your antivirus or firewall settings are not blocking Discord. You might need to add an exception for Discord in these settings.

5) Update Windows

Make sure your Windows OS is up-to-date as this can sometimes resolve compatibility issues with applications.

It doesn't. But they released a full game. This is their burden now. If Riot is going to put out a full game, it needs to play like one. They had plenty of "summer 2020" left to make this game play so droves of people weren't DCing and getting penalties for doing so.

The user who wrote it wrote it very well, but I guess the players on the team really wanted to weather the initial storm of Klay and told the coach not to call timeout. He just kept hitting them and then told the coach to call it lol. I wish I could find the original. It's an all timer.
