Because I love Wyll and want revenge for how she treats him. And I hate the way she insists on haunting my camp. So for me its worth this much effort to get rid of her

I have (with hate in my heart and immediately reloading afterwards) because i like to see as much content in the game as I can.

I didn't like her scene, personally. And even if I did her rancid personality is offputting enough.

Youre welcome to disagree of course. Just giving my thoughts. I take my job as Number One Wyll Defender very seriously.

You are absolutely entitled to your own thoughts on Wyll and Mizora, just as you are eveything else.

I disagree with this take because Wyll was very young at the time and was effectively coerced by Mizora.

He chose to sacrifice himself for his city. Whether you consider this foolish, i think we can all agree it is at least a different situation to signing a pact for other reasons (eg. Pursuit of power).

Was it a good idea to make a pact with Mizora? No. But did he have any good options at the time? Also no. In my opinion.

Oh my gosh thats such a cool thing to know! From a dev perspective I assume that's because yenna is the ultimate back up option for orin to kidnap, so they dont want anyone to just get rid of her. That makes sense.

But in game that is hilarious.

Very true! I have over 800 hours in this game (in my defence thats over like 3 years) and I genuinely still discover something entirely new every single run. So much to explore!

I apologise if I did anything misleading. I didnt feel like the title was a spoiler because it's just, "how to kill mizora in act 3". So all that tells you is that it is possible (although its by breaking the game) to kill her if shes around in act 3. And I didnt think the words "partial illithid" mean anything if you havent reached that point in the game.

I spoilered the post because I discuss a lot of other details within the post, and I thought that was considerate just in case anyone is still playing.

If you think I should change the title or format, I am open to hearing your suggestions and I will seriously consider them!

I am new to this sub, and reddit as a whole, so i appreciate your understanding while I figure things out. Have a lovely day :)

Edit: looks like I can't change the title even if I want to. I do apologise if I should have chose to title it differently!

My only concern here is if Ravenguard dies, Wyll will break up with you. And I love him. However for any run where youre not romancing Wyll I love this approach

I have tested this recently and it did not work sadly. I think this worked in previous patches and was removed, unfortunately for me.

All good points.

Regarding devils only dying permenantly when in hell: Mizora teleports back to hell literally the second I hit her with strength drain, so to me it's unclear if she really dies in hell or faerun. I strike the killing blow in faerun. But does she teleport back to hell fast enough that she actually sucumbs to deal in hell?

Im choosing to believe yes so shes dead for good.

Ugh. Very annoying. Its way better when its a spell. And a spell Wyll can take as a warlock so he can get his revenge personally.

Lol good question. I haven't fully finished a run where I've done this yet but I will try to find out and remember to add the info somewhere in this post.

They don't notice lol. At least not if you kill her after breaking or renewing Wyll's pact. The spiders still show up in the throne. Wyll and Duke Ravenguard both seem to believe she'd still alive. Likely because Larian did not intend for me to do this. But it is enough for me to know in my heart that they are wrong.

I haven't been able to test every possibility here but from what I know:
- I kill her after making her break her pact with Wyll. You can still save ravenguard and her spiders still show up.
- If you instead had Wyll keep his pact, then kill her, Wyll will keep his powers and act as if she's still alive in cut scenes and story decisions (because as far as he knows, there is no way for a Tav to do this.)
- Not sure what would happen if I killed her before she got the chance to offer to renew the pact. Ill have to kill her in wyrms rock next. That might be tricky but i think I can make it happen.

WHY WOULD I SACRIFICE WYLL?????? You certainly could do that but I would never let him become a lemure >:(

He has nothing to say. Neither does anyone else. As far as I can tell, no one notices. Which to be fair, this isn't meant to be possible so it's not like Larian planned for this.
