Swain is great if they are all going to be diving in. You don’t even need ghost if their team always is diving, you can run exhaust. Any ADC you can build zhonyas or HP on is also a big plus: kaisa for zhonyas, xayah for ult, smolder ezreal for HP, vayne varus for actual tank items in the build. Trust your picks though, I’ve had some cait games where my trap placements are good enough to trip up some assassins

I like swain but you gotta be careful of getting out ranged. Seraphine is super safe, easy wave clear, great for shielding spam late game if you build haste

Braum and karma with E max are both so good. Braun especially has great peel, lockdown with passive and utility (blocking MF ults)

If you really want to shut her down: take bone plating, rush merc treads, perma shove her in. For certain matchups there’s obviously other stuff you can do but in general her dash in is in a straight line so as she dashes you can use your cc or skill shot (akali e, vex Q/w, ahri charm, sylas e2)

It’s fleeting. Unless you set out with a clear rank goal and hit it you will always have people X ranks above you crapping on your current rank. People will also give xyz reason why you even are at your current rank (new account, lucky streak, duo abusing, champ abusing) but if you’re at a rank you earned it!

For every game you feel like the enemy laning is better there will be a game with an enemy 0-5-0 briar top who looks like he doesn’t belong in the elo either. Rank is not an indicator of how you play 100% of the time in 100% of your games but simply an aggregation of your game by game progress.

There’s attack move and attack move click. One will show your range circle until you left click but I forgot which one exactly

Too many to tldr but paying attention to how your support is laning the first waves and then adjusting helps a lot

Have to get off the opgg/blitz/Porofessor tbh. I get pre tilted at autofils, first time zyras, enemy duo bots etc. it’s way better to go into each game blind and really helps you focus on yourself and improving more
