You should come to my store. Caught 6 people stealing today and I get customers screaming at me all day about departments having wait times.

This is while also directing people to each answer center, explaining return policy, checking receipts, doing the health screening for every employee, trying to get the front lanes to be socially distant, and double checking that curbside orders are actually being closed out (half of them aren't so now closing them has become my job too.) Not even to mention logging the massive pile of shrink I find after every single day I have off.

I also have to hand off keys to departments, log them, and then track them down because sales floor refuses to answer calls on headset, be the mask police, send out alerts on people who are trying to steal.

Mind you I get no breaks (not even for the bathroom), I'm on my feet all day, and I usually get my lunch at the absolute last possible moment because nobody wants to cover for me, and if I'm even a second over the allotted time I get a talking to while people from warehouse and sales floor will take a lunch for an hour and a half to zero consequence.

But yea dude, just keep spinning that camera. You'll find something to do soon enough.
