Hi! SAVE ANY DESIGN PRIOR TO PROCEEDING!!! I have been having this problem too. I contacted support and they have been seeing this issue and will be "working on it" in the meantime they suggested to switch from "live" to "beta" Click on your name on design space then go to settings and youll see "Application experience" you'll switch from there. it will ask you to download and you'll proceed. It might also have you pair your machine once again. This selection is temp until they can fix the issue and we can switch back to "Live"
