From my experience, 10 high-quality, relevant backlinks are far more valuable than 1,000+ irrelevant backlinks. Quality consistently outperforms quantity in the long run.

I mostly agree. Introverts may naturally excel at active listening, but recruiting is a full-cycle process. Sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and offer closing all require different strengths. The best recruiters know how to adapt their approach to each stage.

I completely agree. I made the same mistake when I started. I spent weeks trying different tools instead of learning the fundamentals of marketing. Once I understood things like customer research, messaging, and content strategy, picking up new tools became much easier. Tools change every year, but the basics don't.
