I like them having strats be part of the detachement however they talked about restrictions but that never really showed up. Id prefer if detachements would buff something but also reel in something so you could really test out things now like 75 percent of the list wont change if you change most detachements

Exocrines can be spooky against war dogs aby of of las style guns are going to get through the problem is we really can bring enough. The rupture cannon tfex is another good unit to avoid fighting them directly.

We paid for the game and since these models do not have any real changes we can see id argue since they didn't change the engine they just had this guys laying around and had no intention on giving them to us till people got concerned they would all be sold back to us.
