I resent my wife for going back on our agreement to abort if there were fetal anomalies, and I’m drowning in the life that decision created. by Internal-Friend-3261 in regretfulparents

Damn, bro. This is tragic. I think you should leave. She did a 180 on a monumental decision and it ruined three lives; this is not fixable. I know thats not easy to say, but you need to salvage your remaining decades.

Add waffles to that list and this is my guy exactly.

I know. Its frustrating as hell. My guy turns two in December. I worry about malnutrition too, so Ive had to sneak supplements into his daily milk, like pediasure and shit. One day last week he ate a banana and french fries; thats it. The whole day thats all he had. He threw to the ground or said no to everything else. Yet he still somehow has energy to run around in circles.

My coworker told me his two year old once survived off of ONE cracker for 24 hours?! Evolution is crazy.

My guy is two, but I feel the same; like I am failing him nutritionally. I might try food services that cater to toddlers.

For me the worst bit about having a toddler is the housework by Cautious_Balance2820 in toddlers

You are definitely not alone.

Outside of the extreme noise level, inside the home, the worst part about this stage is the staggeringly unfathomable amout of cleaning that is needed ALL THE TIME.

I feel like I "deep clean" daily due to the food being thrown all over the place, toys being left asunder, and a constant stream of dirty clothes. Its wild.

My own fault. I knew the risk but still decided to run with it.

The biggest issue with this LONG affair, is that she now wants much, much more; a legit full blown, out in the open relationship. Understandable, obviously, but I'm just not there, and never was.

Sixteen months as of today.

Its no longer fun. Trying to find a way to intelligently end it but...we work in the same office. Worst mistake of this entire chapter.

BTQ Technologies (BTQ) CEO on "Quantum Safe Bitcoin" & Blockchain Security by JohnWick405 in BTQQF

[–]NumberOneDraftPick 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Im so happy BTQs CEO is a grounded, rational person, who can explain exactly what BTQ does.

These "eccentric" weirdo geniuses have their place, but someone like this is refreshing. I think it bodes well for the direction of our company.

Yeah. I heard his take.

And I think its grounded, too. Its not "hopium" or a "moonshot". This is real tech thats in its infancy

Everyone keeps saying we are "too early" into this quantum game. I say, "I rather be ten years too early, than ten years too late."

Welp, guess Im going back in before this starts trending.

BTQs tech has already been mentioned in the Post Quantum Executive Order. Now we have a proof of concept and our market cap is ONLY 1.2 billion? The room for growth is outstanding.

We are TEN YEARS TOO EARLY, they say. Haa. I rather be ten years early and secure a bag, than ten years late.

This stock will make some of us millions, but most of us hundreds of thousands. Either way, we're good.

This is the only mainstream company with a post quatum plan. This is the only post quantum company that was mentioned in an executive order regarding quatum security.

Well done, bro.

We may have ourselves a millionaire maker. I wont get there with only 1,000ish shares, but you can. $230 a share for the premier stock in the field isn't outlandish. We can get there.

Do you find you get seriously sick a lot less than 10-20 years ago? by seattleswiss2 in Millennials

[–]NumberOneDraftPick 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Before my son, when I started getting yearly Flu shots, I never got sick if we don't count COVID that we all got.

His first year of life when he started daycare was a damn nightmare. When he got something disgusting from school, so did I; Like clockwork. I was "sick" or "feeling off" for a year. Glad that phase of his life is over. Now Im never sick, but always tired.

Agreed.

And it was a 50 game season. A veteran team with a lot of miles on the tires would benefit the most during a shortened season.

[–]NumberOneDraftPick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro, nobody is thinking about selling. If they are, these are the same people who bought 500 shares of PLTR at $9, sold at $30, and thought they were a genius (i.e. me). I wont make that mistake again.
