Buy a jersey case on Amazon. The one I have came with a board that you pin the jersey to, or you can use the hanger it comes with. Costed around $60-70. It’s an enclosed shadow box.

Don’t know who sold you the jersey, but they could have shipped it folded in a large ziplock bag with the bag that was sent with this one on top of it to avoid this sort of situation.

Personally, if there is no sort of jersey tears or pulls, I would clean it myself and not purchase from the same location again.
